This Privacy Policy explains how Wingo Analyzer (“the App”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related services. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who we are
The operator and data controller for the App is Wingo Analyzer. You can reach us at support@wingoanalyzer.app. We provide the App as a digital service; routine correspondence is handled by email.
2. Information we collect
- Account information. If you sign in with Google or another provider, we may receive identifiers such as your email address and display name as supplied by that provider.
- Content you provide. Text, numbers, or settings you enter in the App (for example prediction inputs, history, preferences) are processed to provide features such as AI-assisted analysis and local or synced history where implemented.
- Device and technical data. We may collect or receive device type, operating system version, app version, language, and diagnostic or crash information through the tools we use to operate and improve the App.
- Purchases. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive purchase status from the store so we can unlock features; we do not receive your full payment card number from those platforms.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
- To authenticate you and manage your account where sign-in is available.
- To validate subscriptions and restore purchases through the applicable store.
- To respond to support requests and send important notices about the service.
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.
4. AI and third-party services
The App may send content you choose to submit (such as game context or history you include) to third-party artificial intelligence or cloud providers to generate analysis. Those providers process data under their own terms and security practices. Do not submit sensitive personal information you do not want processed by such systems.
We use infrastructure and services that may include Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Cloud Functions, and similar providers for authentication, hosting, and related functions. Their handling of data is described in their respective privacy policies.
5. Legal bases
Where laws such as the GDPR or similar frameworks apply, we process personal data on bases that may include: performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (securing and improving the service, where not overridden by your rights), compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.
6. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Some data may remain on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Server-side retention depends on the features you use and our technical configuration.
7. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards, when required by law, or to protect our rights and users.
8. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms or safeguards.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, or to data portability. 10. Children
The App is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law in your country (including where that age is 18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us at support@wingoanalyzer.app and we will take steps to delete it where appropriate.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy at this location and update the “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
